NÉMESIS MADRID bags are crafted from high-quality, resistant fabrics. They are built to last, and become even stronger when cared for properly. Most of the time, your bag will only need a light refresh: a gentle wipe or letting it breathe is often enough.

For deeper care, we suggest:

  • Prefer hand wash or professional dry cleaning.
  • If machine washing, use a cold cycle and remove any chains or metal hardware beforehand.
  • Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.
  • Let it dry naturally — avoid the dryer.

Shipping and Returns

Each NÉMESIS MADRID piece is handcrafted with care and intention. If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped right away and will usually arrive within 3–4 business days. When stock is limited, we’ll let you know and ensure it reaches you as soon as possible. For our made-to-order designs, please allow 2–3 weeks for production, as every bag is created one by one, with the detail and dedication that makes it truly unique.

Returns: At NÉMESIS MADRID we want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is in perfect condition. (Please note that returns are not accepted on modified, pre-order, or custom orders).

To request a refund or exchange, simply email us at nemesismadridinfo@gmail.com and we will arrange a scheduled pickup for your convenience.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. NÉMESIS MADRID also reserves the right to deny return credits if items do not meet our return criteria. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer.
