Refunds

At NÉMESIS MADRID we want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is in perfect condition. (Please note that returns are not accepted on modified, pre-order, or custom orders).

To request a refund or exchange, simply email us at nemesismadridinfo@gmail.com and we will arrange a scheduled pickup for your convenience.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. NÉMESIS MADRID also reserves the right to deny return credits if items do not meet our return criteria. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer.
